Manufacturing execution system MES PHARIS fulfills the role of a full-fledged MES system for effective control and monitoring of metalworking operation using direct communication with CNC machines.

A solution in the field of quality based on the integration of the production client MES PHARIS with the local quality system PALSTAT also plays an important role in THK. The investor also sees significant benefits in strong support for visual management and online availability of specific reports and indicators directly at workplaces.

In the area of material logistics, MES PHARIS replaced older paper KANBAN solution. This boosted effective management of the delivery and dispatch of materials and products from individual workplaces.

For selected products, THK uses an integrated 1st piece inspection process, which significantly increases the quality of production and traceability of defined inspection steps.
