Solving scheduling and production planning is an extensive issue that requires, among other things, detailed knowledge of the principles of capacity planning of production and related terms. Without knowledge of the entire issue, it is difficult to choose an appropriate method of scheduling production so that the customer’s expectations are met within the available options.
As part of APS PHARIS, we offer several solution methods (complexity classes, optimization algorithms), which can be further modified according to specific requirements.
We are ready to discuss the possibilities of the APS PHARIS cloud service and suggest its use for solving specific customer requirements.
A scheduling task is made up of operations and resources. The idea is to schedule operations on resources in time so that user-defined constraints are met. The APS PHARIS service is designed to be integrated into another user tool (which serves to control and enter the task). The service takes an input JSON document and exposes an output. As an example of a simple solution, we present the basic technical documentation of the APS PHARIS communication interface (basic complexity class, without further modifications).
