By integrating MES with SAP, PHARIS has become the primary system for comprehensive production management of the molding shop. An interesting feature of this project was the modification of a mobile solution for storage of final products.
In the production itself we find an example of so-called multi-machine operation. It means setting up processes so that one operator is responsible for supervising multiple work orders at once. The clever and ergonomic layout of the MES PHARIS application for the production terminal allows to minimize the number of required HW in production and the operator can very quickly and efficiently use eg. one terminal for multiple machines (work orders), both for registrations, work confirmations, records of NOKs, sharing documentation, training, reports, sending messages and so on…
