Řešení

The task of MES PHARIS at Gumotex is a comprehensive digitization and production control of plastic injection using online communication with injection molding machines. Regarding data exchange, the MES PHARIS is integrated with the E1 JD Edwards ERP, which runs on an Oracle database.

As part of the project, we also digitize production documentation, mold management, control records and other processes controlled by the IATF 16 949 standard, for which the client is certified. For management, an online overview of what is happening in production is available in the form of visualization screens, or reports.
