CENTRAL MANAGEMENT OF CONTROL PROGRAMS, DNC

Centralization of control programs in MES PHARIS offers unified controlled management of versions and variants of control programs. The system will automatically ensure controlled upload of the correct version to the appropriate device.

You are able to effectively transfer responsibility from the setter to an authorized person who approves and releases the control programs.

Central program management is implemented in MES PHARIS with the requirements of quality management standards of automotive suppliers. Within these standards, it meets the requirements for registration, approval and centrally controlled distribution of programs to machinery and equipment.

RECORDING OF PROGRAMS INTO INJECTION MOLDING MACHINES AND VICE VERSA 

MES PHARIS offers a wide range of communication drivers for communication with injection molding machines via the Data Collection module. 

Selected control program management functionalities:

• Centralized program management on the MES PHARIS server,
• versioning and programs release,
• assigning a program to an injection molding machine, mold or product,
• control of the process of uploading the program to the injection molding machine – fully automatic or initiated by the setter, 
  
• the possibility of re-uploading the program to the MES after adjusting the parameters with the setter, 
  
• automatic monitoring of changes in settings and alarms in injection molding machines and their download to the MES server.

DNC IN METALWORKING

MES PHARIS enables central management of programs for CNC machines: 

• The uploading of the program itself is initiated by the operator directly from the MES PHARIS production client,
• the system pre-offers a program that is intended for a given machine and product,
  
• for communication with CNC machines, MES PHARIS uses a number of communication drivers.
  

RECORDING OF PARAMETERS INTO PRODUCTION AND ASSEMBLY LINES 

MES PHARIS enables controlled uploading of programs/parameters to the control systems of production and assembly lines.

MES PHARIS supports two transmission modes: 

• automatic mode – based on loading the work order or piece, MES PHARIS is able to choose a set of approved control parameters or a program from the central database of the MES system and upload it to the PLC,
• initiation of transfer by the operator – an authorized person initiates the transfer of the program to the device in MES PHARIS via a production terminal located directly at the workplace.

• A unified, centralized program repository on the MES server,
• control of the process of uploading the control program to the device in accordance with IATF 16949,

• archiving, traceability and safe storage of programs,
