One of our first implementation projects and a long-term customer. MES PHARIS plays the role of a production system for control and monitoring of metalworking operations.
Today, our system covers a wide range of processes, however, the implementation itself was an example of how to start small and the results will come immediately.
At first, our attention was focused only on the key elements of production, ie the collection of cycles from each workplace and online registration of operators. Using the OEE timeline, positive feedback did not take long. Significant improvement in work ethic was underlined by the numbers themselves, documented for each activity of the production process.
