Importance of machine sdata

MES PHARIS contains wide range of communication drivers collecting technological data from machines and peripherals. Thus, for each step of production process, all the essential information about production of a given piece can be recorded.

Data from machines can be further used for effective production management, quality and maintenance management and optimization of technological equipment.

Historical technological data is also an important basis for customer audits to prove compliance with technological discipline.

 

 

 

 

 

Use of cycles in many areas

The automatic collection of cycles from production equipment significantly improves the accuracy of operator reporting, work records and performance evaluation. The system uses the cycle length (stroke) of the equipment to:

 

 

 

 

Technological parameters from machines

The system evaluates on-line the collected technological data from production and peripheral devices. At the same time, it ensures their historization for traceability. For data representation and evaluation it uses:

  • Dynamic graphic component Trends,

Production equipment downtime

MES PHARIS includes a set of tools for efficient collection and evaluation of downtime. PHARIS downtime is classified into the following groups:

  • Microdowntimes,
  • automatic downtime,
  • downtime typified by production equipment,
  • downtime typified by the operator.

 

 

 

 

Alarms and device change protocols

MES PHARIS offers automatic transfer of generated Alarms and Change Logs from the machine control system. These logs are then available in the main MES PHARIS client for subsequent evaluation directly in the office without the need to go to the machine. The event of a change log being generated by the machine can be linked to the MES PHARIS Alarm System.
