In the second week of October, not only the weather but mostly our plans for the Engineering Fair in Brno came out.
This year’s main topics were digitization and efficient industry. We managed to fulfill these topics at the joint stand of Sumitomo (SHI) Demag Plastics Machinery Czech Republic spol. s.r.o. company DREAMland, spol. s.r.o. and PHARIS s.r.o.
A practical demonstration of the connection of the MES PHARIS system with a Sumitomo electric press (SHI) Demag IntElect2 100t with a SAM-C robot and a six-axis collaborative robotic arm plus an autonomous mobile robot MiR showed where the path from Industry 4.0 standards to Industry 5.0 will go – the integration of intelligent systems and robots to human work in an automated environment.
In particular, we were able to show our customers and business partners the online connection of a running machine with MES PHARIS, examples of visualization screens, an operator terminal and a web client for managing MES PHARIS and setting, optimizing and evaluating the production process.
