Production records to the satisfaction of the auditors
We can simplify production records for operators while meeting requirements of customer audits, especially in lATF 16 949.
We can effectively automate work confirmations flowing to ERP and replace outdated way of rewriting reports (from waybills of payrolls). Through MES we control sequence of steps (actions) of operators, at the same time we do not require any PC-skilled operators. We divide operators into categories through roles, user groups and language set (CZ, ENG, DE, PL, HU, RO…).
The operator’s terminal works not only for work confirmations, its role is to control processes according to predefined configurations for each workplace.

Controlled production documentation, paperless production
MES PHARIS guarantees the availability of up-to-date production documentation in electronic form at the workplaces. It digitizes and manages the change management process in the documentation and alerts the operator of the change. The system can act as a primary manager of production documentation, or it can be integrated with an existing DMS client. Critical documentation can be presented as a screen saver or on an external monitor.
Qualification matrix – Administration of trained users
The system includes support for the management and qualification management of personnel in accordance with IATF 16 949. It is possible to prevent the registration of an operator to work who does not have the necessary training for the production operation of the respective product. The registered operator training has different levels and expires without renewal within a set horizon.
Release of production to SOP
The system allows you to define the individual steps and their sequence that must be performed before production can be released. The operator terminal guides the operator through the predefined steps and forces the operator to perform them via dialog boxes. The management of this process is recorded in the background and serves as a basis for customer audits.
Visual management in the workplace
On the operator terminal screen it is possible to display the current performance of the workplace or operator. The visualization can be represented by integrated KPIs or dynamic customer reports that can be set as a screensaver. Standard indicators are OEE, PPH, production delays, downtime, scrap rates, etc.
