The investor also sees a significant contribution in the strong electronic support for visual management and the on-line availability of specific reports and indicators directly at the workplaces. In the area of material logistics, MES PHARIS has replaced the paper-based KANBAN solution, thus achieving efficient management of the import and removal of materials and products from individual workplaces. For selected products, THK uses an integrated 1st piece inspection process, which significantly increases the quality of production and traceability of the prescribed inspection steps.
