Solution
The task of MES PHARIS at Gumotex is the comprehensive digitalization of production control of injection moulding using on-line communication with injection moulding machines. An interesting feature of the project is the integration of MES PHARIS into the ERP system E1 JD Edwards, which runs on an Oracle database. Within the project we have also solved the digitalization of production documentation, mould management, inspection records and other processes governed by the IATF 16949 standard, to which the client is certified. For management, an on-line overview of what is happening in production is available in the form of visualization screens or reports.
