The production profile of KOH-I-NOOR Ponas s.r.o. is divided into two areas. The first area is the design and production of injection and blow moulds for the moulding of plastic parts and the second area is the production of moulded parts using thermoplastic injection moulding technology. The production is focused on technical mouldings in the fields of automotive and electrical engineering, cosmetics and medical technology.

Solution

The purpose of the MES PHARIS production information system is to provide comprehensive control of plastic moulding plant production, including data collection from machines and peripheral equipment (drying and tempering equipment), maintenance management, tool management, quality control, visualisation and more. The project includes a two-way communication solution with ERP K2.
