We have recently completed the successful implementation of the MES PHARIS system at the KOH-I-NOOR RONAS plant, which specializes in the design and production of injection molds with metal inserts. The system covers data collection and evaluation, not only through our standard reports and trends but also with specialized reports in Power BI. Although this was a smaller project, it presented several challenges – for example, integrating older machines that required an individual approach. Despite these complications, we successfully connected all machines while staying within the allocated budget, ensuring customer satisfaction.
For KOH-I-NOOR, we had previously implemented MES PHARIS at the PONAS plant, where it helps optimize the management of machine and tool maintenance. We are pleased that our system is being utilized both in smaller companies and large industrial groups such as KOH-I-NOOR, reaffirming its value for businesses of all sizes.
