After the completion of the implementation, we smoothly moved together to expand the PHARIS production information system to other halls of Sellier & Bellot, which is a renowned global manufacturer of ammunitions.
This is a critical armory production subject to international standards and strict certifications by many important authorities. The main task of the PHARIS system is to support the electronic control of production processes with high requirements for ensuring the traceability of the mass production of ammunitions. The implementation includes integration to ERP MAX using online communication with CNC machines. The project further focuses on making production progress more transparent, monitoring the efficiency of production equipment and operators, electronic production documentation, quality integration, production logistics, online visualization of production performance and more. The Alarm System module is applied to individual production areas for early notification of non-standard situations in production.
