UNIS is successfully completing the implementation project for the supply of MES PHARIS® to the new production plant of the Slovak company AAH Plastics Solčany, where intensive training is currently underway. The company AAH Plastics deals mainly with injection molding of plastics, especially for the automotive industry.
The main task of the project is the electronic control of production processes according to the requirements of IATF 16 949. The implementation includes the integration of MES PHARIS to ERP QI and communication with modern ENGEL injection presses for online collection of technological parameters and monitoring of machine performance.
In operations that are subject to customer audits, we deal with standard processes such as digitization of production documentation, management of operator training, digitization and monitoring of production in progress. Above all, online visualization of the current state of production and a robust reporting system are solved.
