PHARIS boasts a strong, well-coordinated team of experts with unique know-how and over a decade of experience in Industry 4.0 – manufacturing digitalization and production management. Meet the key members of our team:
Tomáš Hradský
CEO
Tomáš has extensive experience in managing small and medium-sized software companies, as well as in software analysis, development, and both product and project management. His work at PHARIS, s.r.o. builds on 25 years of involvement in production management and optimization projects.
Martin Urban
Head of Sales
“Head of Sales” doesn’t quite capture Martin’s role. With over 15 years of experience in MES sales, he is a leading expert in manufacturing digitalization. Not only does he lead the PHARIS sales team and effectively sell our system and services, but Martin also has deep knowledge of various manufacturing sectors, ERP vendors, and helps customers find the best-fit solutions.
Michal Luner
Project Manager
Michal is responsible for implementation projects, which he manages with the perspective gained from leading several manufacturing companies. He’s not a typical IT guy – he speaks the language of our customers and truly understands their needs. He’s a guarantee that projects will be delivered as expected on both sides.
Miroslav Patočka
Product Owner, Lead Analyst
Miroslav truly understands manufacturing digitalization and knows every detail of MES PHARIS. He can recommend the right solution, design custom modifications, and as a product owner, he defines the overall development direction of MES PHARIS.
Lubomír Pospíšil
Head of Implementation and Customer Service
Lubomír has hands-on experience with the implementation of various MES solutions and a deep understanding of production control processes across a wide range of industries. His greatest strength lies in his customer-oriented approach – he and his team successfully handle both new project implementations and ongoing customer requests, whether they are for development or day-to-day operations.
Martin Kosmák
Head of Development
Martin has been programming MES PHARIS for many years. He started as a backend developer and gradually worked his way up to head of development. Together with the scrum master, he leads the daily development process and serves as a technical backbone for his team. Thanks to his strong analytical skills, Martin plays a key role in shaping the future technological direction of MES PHARIS.
Our home is Brno
Our home is #brnoregion, the most beautiful place in the Czech Republic, also called the Czech Silicon Valley. Like the one in California, the Czech Silicon Valley is a place where new technologies and innovations are born. Therefore, we are able to keep up with the latest trends and bring that edge to our customers.

We are active members of several interest organizations and associations (Brno Regional Chamber of Commerce, Industry Cluster 4.0, MES Center) and we cooperate with several universities.
