By integrating the system with the SAP corporate ERP, MES PHARIS has become the primary system for comprehensive production management of the plastics moulding plant. An interesting feature of this project was the modification of the mobile solution for the stacking of final products. In the production itself, we find an example of so-called multi-machine operation, i.e. setting up processes so that one operator is responsible for supervising multiple production orders at the same time. The clever and ergonomic layout of the MES PHARIS application for the production terminal allows to minimize the number of required HW in the production, and the operator can thus very quickly and efficiently use, for example, one terminal for multiple machines (production orders), as well as for production registrations, work deductions, registration of non-conforming pieces, sharing of documentation, training, reports, messaging, etc.
